Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of VisibleTrust (“the service”) at getvisibletrust.com. By creating a workspace or using the service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.

The service

VisibleTrust helps business teams research companies. It reads publicly available web pages and licensed datasets, organizes what it finds with source, time, confidence and license information, and lets you export the results. It does not send messages on your behalf.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time email link or Google. Keep access to your email secure. Workspace owners control who is invited and what role each member has, and are responsible for their members' use of the service.

Acceptable use

You will use data from VisibleTrust lawfully, including applicable privacy, anti-spam and marketing laws (for example GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL and India's DPDP Act). You will not use the service to harass people, to build lists for unsolicited bulk messaging, to resell raw data as a competing dataset, or to probe, overload or circumvent the service's limits and security.

Data and accuracy

Public information can be out of date or wrong. Each value shows where it came from and when it was observed so you can judge it. We don't guarantee completeness or accuracy, and we never fill missing values with estimates presented as facts.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a monthly subscription, per seat where stated. Allowances reset each billing period and unused allowances don't roll over. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal; access to paid allowances continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your content

Your campaigns, ICPs, notes, scores and feedback belong to you and are private to your workspace. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service for you. Public observations collected by our crawler form a shared index that may serve other customers; your searches and results do not.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put the service or others at risk. You can delete campaigns at any time and ask us to close your workspace.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
