Above the fold
- Can a visitor understand what you do in 10 seconds?
- Is the target customer obvious?
- Is the main next step clear?
- Is there at least one credibility signal near the first CTA?
Proof
- Do testimonials mention specific outcomes or situations?
- Are case studies easy to find?
- Are credentials, clients, reviews, or examples connected to relevant services?
Friction
- Do visitors know what happens after they submit a form?
- Are pricing, process, timeline, or fit expectations clear enough?
- Are objections answered before the CTA?
