VisibleTrust provides marketing and public visibility analysis based on public information and customer-submitted non-sensitive details.

Scope

Our audits review public website signals, public search/profile signals, public competitor pages where included, and non-sensitive information submitted by the customer.

No Professional Advice

VisibleTrust does not provide legal, financial, compliance, cybersecurity, medical, tax, investment, or regulated professional advice. Reports are informational marketing recommendations only.

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, conversions, AI citations, search placement, or business outcomes.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree not to submit passwords, private customer data, confidential records, medical data, financial account data, or other sensitive information. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to implement recommendations.

Revisions

One factual correction is included within 7 days of delivery. Additional pages, competitors, rewrites, or strategy work may require a separate order.

Refunds

If a delivered report does not include the promised audit sections or specific recommendations, contact us within 7 days. We may correct the report or issue a refund at our discretion.
