VisibleTrust provides public-data website visibility and trust audits. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

When you contact us or order an audit, we may collect your name, email address, business name, website URL, business category, target customer, competitor URLs you submit, and payment/order details.

Information We Do Not Need

We do not need passwords, account logins, private customer data, medical records, financial account data, confidential documents, or internal emails/chats. Please do not send sensitive or confidential information.

How We Use Information

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, prepare audit reports, deliver services, process orders, improve our templates, and maintain business records.

Public Data

Audits are based on public website pages, public search/profile signals, public competitor pages, and non-sensitive information you submit. We do not log into private systems for the standard audit.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers needed to operate the business, such as email, payment, form, hosting, or document tools.

Retention

We keep audit records and communications for as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, support, business records, and dispute prevention.
